I am so excited & honored that you are interested in having me capture your special day! When you choose AgapePhotoFilm to be apart of your day, you can trust that you're parternitg with someone who is intentional & passionate about serving you and your vision. I want your day to be captured as is, ensure that you are as stress-free as possible & your day is as enjoyable as possible from our first chat until you receive your final products. I don't take it lightly that I get to be apart of one of the most special days of your life.
My goal is to serve you & your vision. My approach to weddings is simply throughout planning your wedding, I'll be here to listen to your vision, & day-of, capture every beautiful, joy-filled moment.

AgapePhotoFilm business & equipment is licensed and insured - you can rest easy knowing your content is safe. Please let me know if your venue needs proof of this in advance to send over!
Booking
You are not officially booked & on my calendar until 30% retainer fee is paid & contract is signed. I sent that booking info via email after we chat. Full questionnaire will be provided as well to fill out after booking.
remainder due
Remainder of your wedding payment is due within 5 days of event - via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, etc. I don't offer refunds, only reschedules (unless of certain circumstances)

how do you backup & keep our photos/videos safe?
I have seen and heard horror stories of photographers loosing their clients wedding because they didn't back it up or only had one copy. SO, it is absolutely imperative that I keep your photos/videos safe. I have dual slot cameras which computes images onto two SD cards at the same time, so I have two copies of your images. I then head home and place your images immediately onto my secure hard drives. I then place the SD cards in a labeled box, in a fireproof safe, & they will stay there until I've delivered your entire album to you.
will our album look like your portfolio?
The short answer, yes and no. The photos on my page can be taken within a wide variety of the day, & lighting plays a huge role in how your photos turn out. For example, if the majority of my feed includes photos taken at dawn and your wedding is at dusk, there will be a difference in colors and brightness. All in all I try to keep a consistency within my editing. You hired me because you like my editing style!
when will i RECEIVE my products?
I am always so excited to get you your final products! I will have sneak peeks to you within 48hrs of the event. You will receive your photos in a digital album through Pixieset sent straight to your phone number through text. It is very easy to navigate, download your photos and share with friends and family. You can either select specific photos at a time to download or the entire album at once, it is recommended to download your entire album immediately, it will stay uploaded for one year. Full galleries are delivered through an online gallery within 6-8weeks. Films have a 8-10week turnaround time.
what happens if there is an emergency & you can't make it to our wedding?
If something tragic comes up and I can't make it I will reach out to a photographer/videographer who I know with identical style and they will associate shoot for me. Any of my second shooters that I hire on any wedding days are competent photographers! If an emergency were to happen to me, and God forbid I couldn't make it, they or an associate are prepared to take over.
will you help with the timeline?
Absolutely!! I'm here for you with anything timeline, if you have a coordinator you can go ahead and give me their info so we can both go over a few things and make sure it is perfect. If you do not have a coordinator that's alright, you and I will create one from scratch that will be spot on for your day. Usually I will talk with my brides 2-3 months out about timeline to solidify everything.
how far in advance should we book?
I recommend booking as early as possible! Especially for weddings, & peak seasons. Most dates several months to a year in advance!

PACKAGE ADD-ONS
Second shooter
A second shooter comes alongside the lead photographer to take even more photos & capture different angles than one one photographer may not be able to capture solo.Two different perspectives. I carefully select a photographer I trust to work alongside me & help capture your day. I edit any photos the second shooter takes & will be added into final gallery. ($300)
Extra hour
If none of the 6, 8, or 10 hour packages work for you, let me know & we can add on an extra hour of coverage to your package! ($250 per hr)
Drone footage
Consists of drone footage included in wedding highlight film (when booked video)
Full mic'd up vows
Full mic'd up vows footage - $100 (only clips from vows are added into base highlight film)
Full speeches footage
Full speeches footage - $200 (only clips from speeches are added into base highlight film)
Full ceremony footage
Full/Raw ceremony footage - $300 (only clips from ceremony are added into base highlight film)
Camcorder Footage
Add on camcorder footage along to your package - you will receive an edited short camcorder film ($200)
rush fee
This add-on is a fun one for the inpatients! My rush fee is $100 per hour at wedding for your FULL gallery (photo only) finished and delivered within 5 days of event!

Fill out the form
Once you inquire, we will get to chat (via text or set up a call) to discuss your vision, what package you are interested in, & answer any other questions you may have for me.
STEP 02
Booking
After we finalize details, I will send over my booking info to set your date in place & get you booked! My booking info includes my contract for you guys to read over my policies & sign, pay a 30% retainer fee to lock your spot in place, and I also add in a large questionnaire to answer more wedding day details.

Your wedding day will come & go quicker than you realize. Cherish every moment. Don't leave your partners side day of. Trust that I will be there to capture the moments you are living. Galleries & films will be delivered in promised time frame, via private gallery link.
